As I'm certain you know by now, self-care is a very big deal for me. And I hope I’ve inspired you to make it a very big deal for you, too!
I’ve learned — the hard way — that the more I serve and the greater my reach is, the more I have to take care of myself.
This quote by Katie Reed summarizes this perfectly: “Self-care is giving the world the best of you instead of what's left of you.”
In today’s episode, I share with you my current routines that are lighting me up!
Ultimately, that's what self-care is about, LIGHTING YOURSELF UP. Every action of self-love you take affirms over and over again, “I’m worthy of being the absolute best version of myself and sharing my light with the world.”
